Is a deposit required when booking a trip with Eastern Slope Fishing Adventures?
When you book a ESFA Fishing Trip we will need a 25% deposit to confirm your trip date.
When Do I Have To Pay For My Eastern Slope Fishing Adventures Trip?
You are required to pay a 25% deposit upon booking your trip. The remainder of the cost of your fly fishing trip is due 24 hours before your trips date. Contact ESFA to confirm details.
What about bad weather and tough fishing conditions?
ESFA will fish rain or shine as weather conditions are part of fishing and we try to adapt. There are exceptions though; spring runoff and heavy rain can make a river unfishable. ESFA will communicate with the client in this situation and options will be presented; re-booking, going later in day or perhaps heading to another destination. ESFA will work with the client to re-book if a cancellation is due to weather and a full refund will be offered.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a trip is cancelled within 30 days of the booked day ESFA will retain the deposit of 25%. This fee helps cover the cost of the opportunity lost that day. We have a limited season and lost bookings are difficult to recover.
If the trip is cancelled 30 days or more from the day you have booked you will receive your deposit less $50.00.
